4. Tax Responsibility & Licensing

CTOS Wholesale LLC collects and remits applicable in the State of Illinois taxes only.

Illinois Excise Tax Applies To:

• CBD disposables
• CBD e-liquids
• Prefilled pods, tanks, coils, devices

TP License Exemption: If a valid Tobacco Products License is submitted, excise tax may be waived.

Excise Tax Recovery Clause: If excise tax is under-collected due to system or buyer error:

• Buyer agrees to reimburse CTOS Wholesale LLC in full
• Buyer is liable for all penalties, interest, or audits
• CTOS Wholesale LLC reserves the right to pursue collection or legal action

Buyers are responsible for all taxes in non-Illinois jurisdictions.

5. Reseller Certification & Export Compliance

Buyers must be a licensed retail/wholesale business or maintain any other license required under applicable state laws.

Export Disclaimer: CTOS Wholesale LLC does not ship internationally.

If you use a freight forwarder:

• You assume full responsibility for legality, customs, and consequences CTOS Wholesale LLC is not liable for losses or seizures

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. CTOS Wholesale LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

CTOS Wholesale LLC assumes no responsibility for lost shipments, delivery errors, or international fees.

Shipping Days & Hours of Operation:

Holiday Closures:

• No shipping on Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day

Weekend Orders:

• Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and item type

Residential & PO Box Shipping Policy:

• CTOS Wholesale LLC. does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
• Residential addresses will only be accepted upon approval from CTOS Wholesale LLC, based on the documentation provided. If no compatible carrier is available for the verified residential address, the buyer will be contacted to coordinate an alternative commercial business address for delivery.

Saturday Delivery:

• May occur if supported by the carrier, but cannot be specifically requested.

Express Delivery Cut-Off:

• Orders must be placed and paid before 12:30 PM CST for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Express Delivery is limited to 100 mile radius from CTOS Wholesale LLC location

Freight Deliveries:

8. Shipping Claims & Inspection

All orders must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery. Claims received after this window will not be accepted.

Freight (LTL Orders):

9. Returns, Warranty & Defective Products

CBD & Consumable Products – Final Sale:

Non-returnable items include:

• CBD oils, tinctures, gummies, and topicals
• E-liquids with CBD
• Cartridges, disposables, pods
• Coils, drip tips, clearance/promotional items

Hardware Returns – Manufacturer Defects Only:

• Must be authorized
• Return must be received within 7 days of RMA
• Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery Include all original packaging and inserts

Resolution:

• Store credit or
• Replacement, if available

No cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
